Anna Dorangricchia currently serves as Programme Manager in the Human Development Division of the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean. In this role, she coordinates the UfM Regional Policy Dialogue on Women Empowerment and has overseen the UfM Gender Monitoring Systems since 2020. She leads regional initiatives focused on women’s economic empowerment, female entrepreneurship in green and tech sectors, gender lens investment, and digital and financial inclusion. Her work contributes to advancing inclusive and sustainable growth through enhanced regional cooperation and multi stakeholder dialogue.
