Lars-Åke Söderlund is a Dr. in pharmacy and has extensive experience working with health systems in Sweden and other countries. He has been a health advisor in China since 2008. He has been the Vice President of the Swedish Pharmaceutical Society and has held a number of executive positions within Apoteket AB (Sweden). He has been the President of the national Swedish project “Check My Medicines” which significantly has improved medical treatment for the elderly. He holds various national and international appointments. Lars-Åke is Vice President of the International Pharmaceutical Federation. FIP. Lars-Åke Söderlund is also a member of the FIP Covid-19 Global Expert Advisory Group, and a member of the Board of Pharmaceutical Practice. Lars-Åke Söderlund is a FIP Fellow, and he has received several international awards for his work. He was awarded the “Pharmacist of the Year Award” in Sweden in Sweden 2014 and 2020.
