Petros Petrou, with 25 years of professional experience in Media industry, is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and a holder of an MBA Postgraduate Degree. A passionate approach combined with extroverted personality, strong awareness of the Medias’ challenges and innovative thinking. He is the CEO of Alpha Televsion Cyprus Ltd, for the past 7 years, and has the full responsibility for the overview of the different functions of the Company (TV, Digital, Outdoor, Broadcasting Channels, Radio, Events). Previously, he has worked for Phileleftheros Media Group as Business Development Manager and for Dias Publishing House & Sigma Radio TV as Group Sales & Marketing Manager.

Peter-Jan Grech is a renowned figure in the realm of brand transformations, boasting over two decades of expertise. His leadership at BRND WGN, a top-tier brand advisory agency with a presence in Malta and the UK, has been instrumental in navigating businesses and leaders through impactful change strategies and brand expansion in multiple sectors, including financial services and hospitality. As a skilled public speaker, Peter-Jan hosts the insightful “UnBrandMe” podcast, delving into the professional paths of entrepreneurs and brand creators. His commitment extends beyond business; he contributes his strategic acumen to various advisory boards, fostering change management. An enthusiastic challenge pursuer, he participates in endurance sports, sometimes for fun but most times to champion sustainable living and environmental conservation.

Loucas Leonidou, with over a decade of senior marketing experience in both B2C and B2B, has navigated the dynamic landscapes of both Cyprus and UK’s corporate scenes, collaborating with large multinational companies including FTSE100 and Blue Chips. Certified in Marketing Automation and CRM, Loucas currently leads TOYOTA Cyprus' Marketing and Customer Experience organisation, orchestrating omni-channel marketing programmes for Toyota and Lexus brands. He shoulders responsibilities extending to managing substantial budgets and ensuring alignment with global strategies. A regular participant in Toyota Europe’s Core Group meetings, Loucas contributes actively to shaping Toyota’s Pan-European marketing strategies.

Angelis Zittis with a background and experience in Business Management with Marketing, joined the ECOMMBX family in 2018 and grew with the core team to take on the role of Marketing Manager in 2021. His ultimate goal is to reinforce the ECOMMBX brand, to put the company name out there among the leaders in the growing fintech sector, both in Cyprus and overseas. To that end he conducts and manages marketing campaigns from A-Z, handles sponsorships and events that are aligned with the company’s core values, and is involved in the ongoing day-to-day work related to product design and content creation across all media channels. With full focus on the marketing plan, strategy and timeline, he is the conscientious liaison between his colleagues, external associates and suppliers, working diligently to deliver results that are both eye-catching and true to the spirit, culture, voice and brand values of ECOMMBX.

With the launch of the magazine Must in 1999, Demetris Lottidis established a small magazine publishing business that, along with his brother Christis, has grown into one of the most significant media conglomerates in the nation. He is regarded as one of Cyprus' media industry's forerunners. He founded numerous Cypriot print and digital publications (such as Man magazine, Beautiful People Magazine, DECO, and WiZ Guide), as well as Must fashion, street festivals, and other events. In 2008, he spearheaded the initiative to publish the historic Athenian newspaper KATHIMERINI in Cyprus as a collaboration with its parent newspaper KATHIMERINI, with the goal of creating Cypriot media characterized by quality and propriety, supporting Cyprus's European direction. He founded the Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit, which aims to establish an annual regional technology conference that will support the country and the broader region as a hub for the exchange of ideas and solutions for humanity's future. He studied journalism and law at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and has a Master's degree in Communication Policy Studies from the CITY University of London. He is a supporter of biodiversity and sustainable development, serves on numerous boards and associations for the media industry, and has been publishing articles on a regular basis for 25 years.


Michael Kyriakides boasts a wealth of expertise across diverse industries including strategic management, corporate banking, analytics, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester, followed by an MBA from Manchester Business School, where he graduated with Distinction. Further enhancing his qualifications, he obtained a Business Analytics Diploma from Harvard Business School. Michael’s credentials extend to a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma, a Master in Advertising Effectiveness from WARC, and an Advanced Certificate in Effectiveness for Advertising from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising in the UK. As CEO of both IAAC/Ad Board Media Group, his leadership acumen shines through in negotiating substantial deals, generating income streams, managing diverse teams, and orchestrating international operations, all while fostering an entrepreneurial ethos

Theodoros Middleton, born in Cyprus in 1978, has a solid educational background in Law, with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from East Anglia School of Law and Queens Mary University of London. Upon his return to Cyprus in 2004, he worked as a lawyer at the legal firm Chrysafinis & Polyviou for a number of years and since January 2010, he dealt with real estate investments. In 2012, he co-founded Invelopment Partners Ltd, an investment company with a mixed portfolio of companies. For the past years, he has been acting as the CEO of DIGITAL TREE GROUP and in 2021, he has taken on the role of Executive Chairman. Through his practical experience, he has acquired a substantial understanding of Media, Global Mega Trends and the ability to recognize talent and opportunities.

Nicoletta Charalambous founded Orb Communications in 2013 and currently serves as its Managing and Creative Director. With over 20 years of experience in advertising, communication, and marketing, she has led numerous successful campaigns and managed large-scale projects. Her expertise includes extensive oversight, strategic planning, and creative direction of major communication projects. Nicoletta earned her Law Degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Aix-Marseille in France. She began her career in advertising in 2001 as an Account Executive, later advancing to PR Executive. Subsequently, she served as an Account Manager and then as Head of Account Management from 2009 to 2013, prior to taking on her current leadership role at Orb Communications.

Despo Lefkariti after her studies in Marketing in London, started her career in the family petroleum company Petrolina Hellas in Greece. In 1985 she returned to Cyprus and founded DELEMA, one of the largest and most creative communication agencies in Cyprus, affiliated with MCCANN Worldgroup, the largest and most effective communication network in the world. She is the president of SDEK (Communication Agencies Association) and Vide-President of FED (Self-Regulation association). DELEMA is a full-service agency, whose work has been recognised in international competitions (London International Advertising Awards, Ermis Awards and European Digital Communication Awards) as well as in Cyprus (Carob Awards, Digital Awards and Responsibility Awards).

Marily Mitropoulou is a Senior App Growth Manager who collaborates with the fastest-growing apps, assisting them in achieving global success. With a decade of experience at Google, she is currently located in Dublin at the EU Headquarters. Marily has provided consultation to hundreds of companies in EMEA, led teams, and successfully delivered numerous internal projects. Her expertise is centered on guiding businesses in both business and marketing strategy. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Marily passionately dedicates her time as a facilitator for #IamRemarkable and Women Will Google workshops, where she volunteers to empower women and underrepresented groups. Additionally, she serves as a facilitator for workshops focusing on personal branding and self-confidence. Dr. Dietmar Schantin is a prominent figure in the news media industry. He is the principal at IFMS Media, based in London, United Kingdom, and Graz, Austria. Constantinos Daltas is the Founder and Managing Director of Red Wolf PR & Advertising Agency and a member of Board of Directors of Cyprus Communication Agencies Association (SDEK). He comes from Media and Communication Industry, where he has served as an executive, in Greek TV channels, radio stations, newspapers, websites and communication companies, since the mid-1990s. Furthermore and apart from this field, he has participated in political strategies in Greece and Cyprus, in campaigns for leading international brands and has managed successfully dozens of communication crises on behalf of several clients throughout the years. He has also served as a jury member of the European Effie Awards and has received several advertising awards in Greece and Cyprus. In addition, he has participated in award-winning projects, that have received more than 80 awards.

Andrea Hadjivasiliou has been ‘living’ in the world of brand transformation, for more than 18 years and she has been nothing but a passenger in this journey. Fascinated early on with the way the mind of the consumer works, she has kept herself busy enough in staying curious about all the things she doesn’t know and challenge the things she does know. Today, she is the Chief Operating Officer at Partners Connected Communications and has had the privilege of working on some of the biggest projects led and for some of the most intriguing brand names in the Cyprus market. Her professional path at Partners, begun as the Business Development lead, then moved on as Client Services Director, giving her the opportunity today as COO, to share her knowledge and expertise on various facets relating to connected communications. Linos Ermogenides holds a B.Sc. and an M.A. degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1999 he returned to Cyprus and joined Laiki Bank as a Marketing Officer. His career at Laiki Bank saw him develop from Marketing Officer to Head of Bank Marketing and to the position of Marketing Manager, one he held for five years. In 2013, Linos took up the position of Marketing Manager at Genikes Insurance and now is the Brand and Communication Manager at Bank of Cyprus. Linos likes to think of himself as a “marketing engineer”, bridging the chaos of creativity with the structure of the engineering thought process.
