Paul Hodgkins is currently the Executive Director of Paul Hodgkin’s Consultancy. Paul joined Siemens in 1984 as a graduate trainee and within two years entered the world of Project Management. From February 2006 until June 2013, he was responsible for leading Siemens global programme addressing project business known as PM@Siemens, across the UK and North West Europe and in April 2009, Paul was nominated as one of only ten key influencers in the UK in relation to the profession of project and programme management. In July 2013 he established his own business, Paul Hodgkins Project Consultancy, where he helps businesses “unleash the power of projects and programmes”. He continues to be recognised for his contribution in developing the project management profession and has written articles for and appeared in many project management publications as well as being a keynote speaker at numerous project management events around the world. Paul was appointed as a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM) in October 2009 and represented Siemens as part of the PMI Global Executive Council and APM Corporate Leaders Advisory Group.

Costas Tjiapouras, PMP®, MBA, M.Sc.Eng, has more than twenty years of experience in Program/Project Management and throughout his career has managed successfully a multitude of diverse and complex IT projects. Currently he holds a position as a Program Manager – Digital Factory, at the Information Technology Department of Bank of Cyprus.

Spencer is currently the President of Altium Leadership. He has been CEO of a leadership company and Vice President of a NASDAQ company which developed IMAX theaters in tourist destinations. There he worked with major organizations such as IMAX Corp., National Geographic Television, Radio City Productions, Disney Films and Larry Miller Theater’s, Inc. Additionally he worked with a performance training company and his clients including the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, Sodexho, Dunkin’ Brands, Wendy’s International and Brinker International. Spencer is a speaker with Vistage which is the largest speakers bureau in the world. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association. He is a co-author of the “Speakers on Life” anthology “The Power of the Platform” along with Jack Canfield, Les Brown, Brian Tracy and more.

Lysa combines her wealth of commercial experience, along with her academic background to help organisations to bring the best out of their people and their businesses. Lysa has been delivering workshops, executive coaching, group facilitation, consultancy and keynote talks to organisations across Europe for the last 15 years. Lysa holistically brings together key areas of focus such as business strategy, transformation, change management, culture, emotional intelligence, motivation, performance, culture, leadership, employee engagement, and personal development to solve complex problems and improve the performance of organisations. Lysa completed her MBA at Newcastle University and also has a Harvard qualification in Entrepreneurship. She is an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, an ILM accredited Professional Coach, EMCC Master Coach and Mentor, and a proud TedX speaker.

Nicos is a Senior Executive with 29 years of international expertise in the construction, finance and distribution sectors. His experience includes leading and delivering large-scale, world-class construction projects in Europe, the ex-soviet CIS states (including Eurasia) and the Middle East. Nicos’ skill-set includes very senior roles in Finance, Construction, Project Management and Development Management and extensive experience at Board level in banking with the European Bank for Redevelopment and subsequently in private enterprise. He has a strong focus on communication and partnering strategies to facilitate project execution and very strong leadership skills. At EPPIC, Nicos leads the technical management and financial systems of projects, from initiation through to execution and delivery. His broad experience across many business sectors and in numerous board representations, gives him a wealth of practical management to devote to our clients.

Christian is the Founder and CEO of Rakonto Inc., a SaaS provider that helps individuals and organizations request, record and share their most important stories. He also serves as Knowledge Management Advisor to the International Olympic Committee (IOC). For the past 6+ years has overseen the IOC’s Structured Interview project, for which Christian has interviewed more than 1,000 executives, department heads, advisors and stakeholders who have shared their stories, knowledge and learnings, on video, with future Games organizers. From 2006 to 2014 Christian headed the Knowledge Management Practice of Event Knowledge Services, a sports management consultancy based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to that, Christian served as a technology project manager for the Salt Lake 2002 and Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games, following his work with IBM as a functional consultant in HR and training administration.
