Philippos Mannaris is an experienced retirement & investment consultant and Financial Services Board Level Director with Non-Executive tenures across all major Financial Services industry sectors including: a Central Bank, a commercial Bank, an Investment services firm, an international Pension Fund and a Reinsurance company. Philippos graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (First Class Honours) in Actuarial Studies. He is a qualified actuary and a member of the Association of Actuaries of Cyprus and the UK. In 2020, he received a Certificate on Corporate Governance from INSEAD having completed the International Directors Banking Programme. He joined Aon in 1999 and now leads Aon's Wealth solutions for Cyprus and the Middle East. He is a partner of Aon's Global Wealth Practice, and works with institutional clients on the full range of actuarial and investment issues, including investment and funding strategies, fund manager selection and investment governance. He was appointed as a non-executive member of the Board of the Cyprus Central Bank in October 2013 where he served as the Chairman of the Board Investment Committee and a member of the Board Audit Committee. He was also a Board member of the National Resolution Authority for the same period. He is the Chairman of Aon’s DC Multi-employer retirement savings vehicle for Eastern Mediterranean. Stelios Petrou graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc (First Class Hons) in Mathematics with Actuarial Science. He also holds an MSc from the University of Kent in Applied Actuarial Science. Stelios is a qualified Actuary and an Associate member of the UK Institute of Actuaries. He is also a holder of the Diploma in Actuarial Techniques and the Certificate in Finance and Investment of the UK Institute of Actuaries. After graduating in 2010, Stelios joined Aon Hewitt where he originally taken a role as an Actuarial Trainee before becoming a qualified Actuary and Consultant. His main duties include carrying out of actuarial funding valuations, accounting valuations under various accounting standards, benchmarking exercises, financial evaluations of various pension schemes, as well as providing general retirement related support to local and international pension clients. He also assists in investment related work especially in developing asset/liability solutions for defined benefit funds and supporting the investment monitoring for his clients.

Pantelis Argyrou graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (First Class Hons) in Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow of the UK Actuarial Profession.After graduating, he gained valuable Pensions experience within the UK Marketplace with the UK Government Actuary’s Department and later with Towers Perrin, where he worked as an assistant actuary and later as a qualified actuary for a total of 8 years. He joined Aon Hewitt in Cyprus in 2008. Pantelis leads the firm’s Cyprus pension administration department and is a Senior Consultant of Aon Hewitt’s International Retirement & Investment practice focused on advising institutional clients. He works with clients on the full range of actuarial and pension/provident fund administration issues and services. He is the consulting and scheme actuary for a number of multinational and local premier companies as well as pension institutions in Cyprus, Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and other Middle East countries. Omiros Pissarides is the Managing Director of PwC Investment Services. He brings with him a wealth of 20+ years of international investment banking, finance and information technology expertise. Prior to PwC, Omiros served as COO & Group General Manager of AXIA Ventures Group, assisting the firm grow across multiple countries and become a dominant investment bank in the Southern European region and beyond. Rachael Ingle is Head of Nordics & Ireland and Head of Wealth EMEA for Aon. Rachael joined Aon in 1998 and is an Actuary by profession, having graduated from Trinity College Dublin and successfully pursued an M.S.C from Strathclyde University in Scotland. Until her recent appointment she led the Retirement & Investment business in Ireland. Rachael is a member of the Aon Global Executive Leadership Team and the Global Inclusive Leadership Council (GILC). Rachael is a past chair of the Irish Association of Pension Funds and is a current Non-Executive Director on the Board of the National Treasury Management Agency of Ireland.

Derry Pickford has over 23 year experience in financial markets including 8 years as the Chief Economist of multiple award winning hedge fund manager, Sloane Robinson. he helped steer the funds through the emerging markets rally of the mid-2000s as well as the Global Financial Crisis, producing a cumulative return of over 620% and raising the AUM to $11bn by the time he left. He was then at the asset management division of First Rand bank becoming Co-Head of Asset Allocation which has over $10 billion under management, before joining Aon’s global asset allocation team where he helps advice on over $3 trillion of assets.

Jennifer O’Neill is an Associate Partner within Aon's Responsible Investment team, where she has responsibility for client education and solution delivery along with thought leadership. Costas Partassides studied at University College London where he obtained a BSc in Economics. Subsequently he obtained an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from City University Business School of London. With the completion of his studies he joined the Credit Management department of Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd for one year before returning to London to work at the audit firm Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants for three years. He qualified as an associate chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and since 2013 he holds the designate of Fellow Chartered Accountant. Panikos Teklos is the Group CEO of a private financial conglomerate including a brokerage group (“Axiance”), an electronic payments group (“Axios”) and a wealth advisory group (“Pen Hill Wealth Advisors”).
