Jeremy Hutchison – Krupat
Associate Professor in Innovation and Operations Management, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge

Jeremy Hutchison-Krupat is a Senior Editor at Production and Operations Management and an Associate Editor for the Product and Process Innovation area of Decision Sciences. He regularly teaches executive education programmes to help leaders improve their ability to address innovation challenges. He has authored a number of case studies, pedagogical exercises and computer simulations, which help provide a rich context to teach innovation. Prior to pursuing his PhD at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jeremy worked at the Avery Dennison Corporation where he played an integral role in the management of their North American R&D operations. More broadly, from 1995-2006 Dr Hutchison-Krupat has had had a diverse work experience in roles that ranged from design engineer to supply chain optimisation manager, within industries ranging from integrated circuit boards to distribution centres and consumer goods. Prior to joining Cambridge Judge Business School, Dr Hutchison-Krupat was an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Technology and Operations Management area at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.

Professor Randall S. Peterson
Professor of Organisational Behaviour; Academic Director, Leadership Institute, London Business School

Professor Randall S. Peterson is Academic Director of the Leadership Institute and was Chair of the Research Ethics Committee. Randall’s research and teaching focus on CEO personality, top management team interaction, board dynamics, leading diverse teams, conflict management, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance. Randall has won the Academy of Management’s ‘Best Paper’ award, as well as the ‘most influential article’ award. His research was similarly awarded ‘most influential article’ by the International Association of Conflict Management and ‘Best Paper’ published in small group research. Randall’s newest book is ‘Disaster in the Boardroom: Six Dysfunctions Everyone Should Understand.’ His earlier book is ‘Leading and Managing in the Dynamic Organization.’ He has also published more than 50 articles in top scientific journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly and the Journal of Applied Psychology, as well as top managerial journals including Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review. His research has also been featured in major news outlets around the world including the BBC, Economist, Financial Times, Forbes, Board Agenda, The New Yorker, and Zawya. Randall is also an outstanding mentor, having won the Academy of Management’s ‘Best Mentor’ award and teacher as a winner of London Business School’s ‘Excellence in Teaching” award. Randall has been invited to teach and consult across the world, for companies such as ADNOC, Alcan, AREVA, Barclays, Chevron/Texaco, Deutsche Bank, Emirates Bank, E.ON, GIB, IBM, Lufthansa, Nestlé, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Roche. Randall holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining London Business School, he was on the faculty of Northwestern University and Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is a former Deputy Dean (Faculty), Subject Area Chair of Organisational Behaviour, Chair of the Ph.D. Programme, and Vice President of the Campaign Committee of London Business School.

Professor Peter Williamson
Honorary Professor of International Management, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge

Professor Peter Williamson’s research interests include globalization and its implications for corporate strategy, business ecosystems, merger and acquisition strategy, strategies for success in China and for a carbon-constrained world. He has served as a non-executive director and chairman of publicly listed companies and new ventures in industries ranging from whisky to sustainable energy. He is a member of the Strategy and International Business subject group at Cambridge Judge Business School, and along with his colleagues he actively contributes to both academic and business communities.

Professor Michael Kitson
Associate Professor in International Macroeconomics, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge

Professor Michael Kitson’s research interests include macroeconomic policy and performance, international trade, regional economics, corporate performance, innovation, and the commercialisation of science. He is a Hub Director of the UK-Innovation Research Centre and has undertaken research for the Department of Business Innovation and Skills, among others. He is currently advising the Northern Ireland Government about its innovation policy. He is a member of the Economics and Policy subject group at Cambridge Judge Business School, which analyses how economics can improve growth and business performance.
