Anastasia Anastassiades graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK (qualified in 2001) and has 27 years of total consulting experience. She is the lead Investment Consultant for a number of pension funds, social security systems and Insurance companies in the region which she advises on strategic investment matters and other investment related support. She has pensions structuring experience from BNP Paribas in London and has also worked as a risk analyst at the FCA UK. She worked for the Government Actuary’s Department in the UK where she was involved in social security work for governments around the world (including the Middle East). She also served as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec).
