Venezuelan gastronomic journalist and teacher at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Antonella Ruggiero is the general director of the Iberoamerican Academy of Gastronomy, an international organization with 14 countries associated, between Europe and America. Antonella copresents the radio program Laboratorio Iberoamericano, in Radio Exterior de España, and is the owner and founder of Platunique, the first and only gastronomic ideas lab.
