Calliopi Nicolaidou is a Partner at Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC (member of the Deloitte Legal network), and is focusing on the Financial Services industry. She has over 15 years of experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, banking regulatory and corporate law issues, as well as financings and capital market transactions. Before joining Deloitte Legal, she commenced her career in London, where she worked for Allen & Overy LLP and then Aspect Capital Limited, before relocating to Cyprus as the Chief Legal Officer of Hellenic Bank. Calliopi holds an LLB in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a practising Solicitor in England and Wales.
