Christiana Loizou joined KPMG in 2005 and is a Senior Associate at KPMG Law (Theodorides, Georgiou, Iacovou & Co LLC). She earned her law degree from Lancaster University (UK) in 1992 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1995. Her main areas of expertise include company matters, trusts and estate planning as well as the financial services sector with focus on regulatory and compliance matters. She has acted as a legal advisor to major acquisitions and restructurings and worked with a wide range of clients which include privately owned and international enterprises, insurance companies and other financial institutions and contributed to major trust litigations in Cyprus and abroad.
