David King is a real estate fund manager and has more than 35 years real estate experience since graduating from the University of Reading with a Degree in Land Management. More recently, David created and managed property funds in the UK and across Europe for Credit Suisse, ΑΧΑ and Henderson Global Investors. David has built a considerable track record in the acquisition and sale of Central London retail investments and has, in his current role at Consulco, outperformed his MSCI benchmark over 1, 3, 5 and 10 years.
