Demis Ioannou is a lawyer and chartered accountant, with extensive experience in corporate tax law, TP and international tax law. He advises clients on TP and complex tax issues, using his comparative knowledge of tax laws in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Demis Ioannou holds an MSc in Tax Law from Oxford University, where he wrote his dissertation on the OECD BEPS Project under the supervision of Richard Collier (former head at the OECD in Treaty & TP division). Demis published and presented a paper on the history of Cypriot income tax law at the Cambridge Tax Law History Conference.
