Hanna Naima McCloskey (she/her) is of Algerian-British heritage and the Founder & CEO of Fearless Futures. Fearless Futures serves daring companies – across sectors – ready to actively challenge inequities by addressing their roots, intersections, and lived realities. FF facilitates transformative equity and inclusion learning experiences, in-person and online, and partners with global clients through consultancy in service of designing equitable ecosystems for people and products. Hanna founded Fearless Futures – after a varied career working for the UN, NGOs and the Royal Bank of Scotland, across communications, research and finance roles.
