Jan Bazyl – since 2011 executive director of Grupa Zagranica; MA/MSc in Economics from Warsaw University and UCL; 20 years of experience in the non-governmental sector in team management, development of plans and strategies, monitoring and advocacy.
Grupa Zagranica works towards better involvement of Polish CSOs in international development, democracy support, humanitarian aid and global education, acting as an advocate of the sector’s interests towards external partners, building competence of CSOs in development cooperation, as well as promoting internal cooperation within the sector to increase its effectiveness. Grupa Zagranica is a member of CONCORD Europe – European Confederation of NGOs working on sustainable development and international cooperation.
