Before joining Zyxel in 2008, Michel Nicolai studied Electronics & Computer Science and worked for several years in IT for various specialized IT distributors. At Zyxel, he started as a Product Manager for the BeNeLux region and moved five years later to the position of Customer Support Manager for several regions in EMEA. Since 2019, he has been the Senior Regional Sales Engineer for Northern Europe & Middle East Region in EMEA. Recently, and also became the Team Leader for the EMEA Sales Engineers Team.
