Nicoletta Hadjiyianni is the Performance Lead for the Digital Services Factory. She joined the Department of Information Technology Services in 2009, with a bachelor degree in Business Information System and Management Information System from the Northumbria University of Newcastle and she was assigned to the Nicosia General Hospital as IT officer. In 2016, she has obtained a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Wolverhampton

She was the administrator of SAP (Systems, Applications and Product) an ERP system for several functional modules for executing key business processes, such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Human Resources (HR). She worked with users to identify their needs and work with companies to find SAP software solutions to meet their needs and supporting all the Cyprus Government Hospitals. In 2021 she has been moved to DITS under the Ministry of Justice project for a year.

Nicoletta now holds the role of Performance Lead for the Digital Services Factory helping the team to understand and improve the service’s performance as well as to make sure that the service meets the performance requirements set out in the Service Standard.
