Phil makes understanding business and finance easier, to improve organisational sustainability. He leads learning events so managers & leaders understand how decisions impact performance, and consults with organisations for planning and implementation. Phil works globally, including with the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF) in Cyprus. His experience includes Senior Project Management in insurance and banking. The combination of practical management plus training means theory is combined with practice – good, bad, but always learning. Phil is Finance Director of the Professional Speaking Association, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
