CEO, Ayia Napa Marina
Stavros Caramondanis studied in the USA before joining Caramondani Group in 1992, starting as a storekeeper and working his way up through the ranks. Four years later, he was made Brand Manager, and in 2002 he became the Group’s Commercial Manager. With a Malta-based logistics company, he created Medserve Cyprus, which became a leader in providing logistics and supporting services to International Oil Companies (IOC’s). In 2012, he signed a 50-year concession agreement with the Government to develop Ayia Napa Marina. The following year, he reached an agreement with the international businessman Naguib Sawiris and his Orascom Group to jointly develop the iconic Ayia Napa Marina.
