Stelios Gavriel studied Civil Engineering in London and is the CEO of N. Gavriel & Sons Ltd with many years of experience in the construction sector, in both public and private sector projects. Since June 2021, he has been elected President of both the Federation of Cyprus Building Contractors Associations (O.S.E.O.K.) and the Cyprus Building Contractors Association (S.E.O.K.). Mr. Gavriel has been a member of the boards of O.S.E.O.K. and SEOK since 2015. He is the President of the Provident Fund for Construction Workers of the Construction Industry and Related Sectors of Cyprus. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Joint Building Contracts Committee (M.E.D.S.K.) Ltd, while he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Council for the Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors from 2018 to 2021. He is a registered member of the Scientific Technical Committee.
