Vanja Tokic has been Group AA&AI Community Lead & Agile Coach at Raiffeisen Bank International since 2018, where he has been employed since 2009 and held various leadership positions in IT. He currently supports scaling of Advanced Analytics & AI as agile coach and is responsible for agile innovations, development of working methods and team culture. Vanja also leads a group-wide AA&AI Community, giving data scientists and experts across the RBI Group an opportunity to share experiences, collaborate and learn. Finally, he supports senior management and team leaders with adoption of agility and is responsible for trainings and coaching of teams within the RBI Group.
