The 21st Leadership and Human Resource Management Conference
The 21st Leadership & Human Resource Management Conference aims to be much more than just a conference. The event will provide HR executives and business leaders with an opportunity to reconsider how they view their employees. They will have an opportunity to learn about diversity, inclusion, and equity trends and to acquire tools that will enhance their skills. A variety of conference topics will provide participants with the chance to identify all the ingredients that an organization needs in order to be considered truly inclusive.
The Leadership & Human Resource Management Conference is being held for the 21st consecutive year. This year, PwC Cyprus and IMH are focusing on what is at the core of all HR departments and of inspirational leaders. While Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have specific meanings, they can also be broad concepts that can become lost in translation. Cultivating a culture of inclusiveness, diversity, and equity is crucial when it comes to talent acquisition and workplaces. At this conference, keynote addresses will be delivered by distinguished speakers, panel discussions with experienced business leaders will take place, and real-time interactions will enhance your ability to become an attractive employer.
*This will be a physical event, held in compliance with all the public health regulations in force at the time, based on developments regarding COVID-19.
