Pushkar Shah, Vice President of the UK Consultant team in MSCI Real Estate based in the London office and has been with MSCI for 8 years. MSCI’s Real Estate solution supplies detailed indices and benchmarks to the commercial real estate market. Since joining the team, Pushkar has been instrumental in the research, product delivery, and commercialization of real estate benchmarking and attribution. Pushkar started his career at IPD as an analyst going on to hold various positions within the UK business, specializing in Property Fund Vision handbook and Forestry Index, then in client management, specializing in Pension schemes and Asset Owners. Prior to joining MSCI, Pushkar has worked with JP Morgan as an analyst in their Treasury and Securities Services. Pushkar holds a post-graduate Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.

Head of UK Analytics CoStar Group

Mark Stansfield is Head of UK Analytics at CoStar Group. He manages CoStar’s team of UK analysts and is responsible for analytic output in the UK, which includes market reports (more than 600 of which have written commentary), news articles, videos, webinars and presentations. Mark writes CoStar’s London reports and leads CoStar’s coverage of the office sector in the UK. He joined CoStar as an analyst in 2004 after earning a B.A. in International History and Politics at the University of Leeds. Mark is a long-standing member of the Society of Property Researchers.

Richard has worked as an economist in London, Birmingham and New York, for the Confederation of British Industry, in the City of London for Scrimgeour Kemp-Gee, for Experian and for Capital Economics. He was also Director of Consulting for West Midlands Enterprise, before leading its management buyout to form Consulting Inplace, and was for several years a non-executive director of creative industries specialists BOP Consulting, as well as a Visiting Research Fellow for the UK Commission on Employment and Skills. He is currently a non-executive director of a company, Without Walls, that supports outdoor arts festivals across England, and a trustee of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Research Trust. He is a frequent conference speaker, and has published books on America’s role in the world economy and on Britain’s Chancellors of the Exchequer. In 2020 he was the joint winner of the Society of Professional Economists’ prestigious Rybczynski Prize for the previous year’s best piece of writing on economics: How Robots Change the World: their impact on regional inequalities.

David King is a veteran real estate expert, based in London, with over 35 years market experience, during which he has transacted of £1.5 billion in London, the UK and across Europe. He has held senior positions at AXA, Credit Suisse and Henderson Global Investors and continues to be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to manage regulated vehicles. At Consulco, David has acquired 34 commercial property investments that have returned over 7% per year to our investors.
