Martina Huemann is Professor at WU Vienna where she heads the Project Management Group in the Department Strategy and Innovation and is the Academic Director of the Professional MBA Program: Project Management. She has published widely in Project Management and received the IPMA Research Award 2015. Since 2018, she has been Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Project Management, the leading journal in project management. Since 2020, she has been Founding Editor-in-Chief of the journal Project Leadership and Society. Paul Hodgkins is currently the Executive Director of Paul Hodgkin’s Consultancy. Paul joined Siemens in 1984 as a graduate trainee and within two years entered the world of Project Management. From February 2006 until June 2013, he was responsible for leading Siemens global programme addressing project business known as PM@Siemens, across the UK and North West Europe and in April 2009, Paul was nominated as one of only ten key influencers in the UK in relation to the profession of project and programme management. In July 2013 he established his own business, Paul Hodgkins Project Consultancy, where he helps businesses “unleash the power of projects and programmes”. He continues to be recognised for his contribution in developing the project management profession and has written articles for and appeared in many project management publications as well as being a keynote speaker at numerous project management events around the world. Paul was appointed as a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM) in October 2009 and represented Siemens as part of the PMI Global Executive Council and APM Corporate Leaders Advisory Group.

Sina is an Economist turned Business Consultant and Project Management Professional, working at KPMG Cyprus. She holds a BSc and MSc in Economics and she is an APM PMQ qualified Project Manager. Having gained extensive experience from working in London for several years, at large-scale projects across an array of sectors, including Technology, Finance, Transportation, Water, Energy, and Infrastructure, Sina moved back to Cyprus and since then has been supporting companies to navigate change, become more efficient and improve the way they operate.
